Every residence in our portfolio undergoes a strict architectural evaluation. We analyze volume, structural honesty, and how late-afternoon light falls across raw interior surfaces.

We do not list properties based on generic square footage. We select homes that function as monolithic art, prioritizing charred cedar, cold steel, and dramatic concrete elevations.
